Advisory Inside Sales Representative from Home

• Location: From Home (Remote)
• Scope: Part-time

About the Role

We are now looking for an advisory inside sales representative to receive and manage incoming calls from private customers. Your focus will be to offer our range of services based on the customer's needs. The role is suitable for you who have extensive sales experience, preferably within the insurance industry or banking services aimed at individuals.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls from consumers and offer our services through advisory dialogue.
• Ensure that customers receive the right information and support throughout the sales process.
• Collaborate closely with the rest of the team as needed to achieve set goals.

Working Hours and Scope

• Start: Immediately.
• Working hours: Weekdays 08–18 and weekends 09–15.
• Shifts per week: 2 shifts of 5 hours = 10 hours/week with the possibility of more hours with good performance.
• Training: 5 hours of onboarding including the first shift.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has very good sales experience in insurance or banking, preferably aimed at individuals.
• Masters Swedish at a native level in both spoken and written form.
• Good knowledge of English is an advantage (preferably native).
• Has access to a computer, good internet connection, and a headset to work from home.
• Enjoys taking responsibility and wants to develop in advisory sales.
