K-Bygg is heading towards an exciting future and is now looking for a Construction Salesperson / Site Manager to lead our facility in Vallentuna. You will be responsible for the operation and maintenance of the facility and will play a significant role in the strategic work ahead. Responsibilities & Duties

In the role of Construction Salesperson / Site Manager, you will have overall responsibility for the facility's operations, results, personnel, and management. You will continuously monitor results and key figures and be responsible for developing and implementing the facility's business plan and budget.

As a Construction Salesperson / Site Manager, you have ultimate responsibility for the entire facility's operations and report directly to the Regional Manager Stockholm. You will actively lead and coach your employees, ensuring they develop and have the right knowledge, tools, and conditions. You also need to be able to delegate and distribute work based on needs according to applicable routines and regulations to maximize the facility's results.

Your Profile

We prefer that you have relevant education or equivalent knowledge and experience from leading positions with personnel responsibility in the construction or retail sector. Additionally, we expect you to have solid knowledge of the construction industry, good product knowledge, and an understanding of the needs of contractors, corporate customers, and consumers.

You should have good knowledge of business economics and be accustomed to reading and analyzing key figures and steering the business towards these and budgeted goals. It is an advantage if you also have knowledge of the laws and regulations that apply within retail.

You have good skills in the Office suite and experience working with integrated business systems. To succeed in the role, you should be a person with great drive, commitment, and the ability to take and anchor initiatives while conveying positive leadership.
