Then there is an opportunity to become part of our wonderful Merchandiser team. You will be responsible for serving grocery stores and ensuring that our departments and displays are always well-stocked and appealing. You will also assist our District Managers with renovations of existing or new departments. Our Merchandisers are highly valued and ranked among the best in the industry. The district is Östersund Åre Storlien. The position is a 6-month temporary role, part-time approximately 50%.

Premium Snacks Nordic AB owns three brands in the snacks category: Exotic Snacks, Gårdschips, and Gårdsnötter. The Exotic Snacks range includes a wide variety of everything from natural and flavored nuts to chocolate-covered treats and dried fruits. Our premium chips, Gårdschips, are handcrafted with flavors from around the world, made from potatoes that are grown and harvested in the fields adjacent to our production facility in Laholm. Gårdsnötter is our new brand featuring exciting nut mixes carefully selected by our nut masters.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Ensure that our departments with bulk and packaged products are always fresh, well-stocked, and appealing
• Build good relationships with our customers and consumers
• Set up campaigns/displays for both our brands and maintain them
• Assist with renovations
• Actively contribute ideas to develop and increase sales and find more selling points in the store
• Be an ambassador for both brands and the company

Your Profile

To be successful as a Merchandiser at Exotic Snacks, you need to be self-driven, a problem solver, and enjoy an active day with a fast pace. You are humble in your task and passionate about delivering the best service to our customers and consumers. Positive interactions and customer relationships are key for you, while you are also a good team player and an asset to the team.

• Has experience in retail, preferably within grocery retail.
• Enjoys working at a fast pace and loves new challenges.
• Is used to working independently and is efficient and meticulous in retail tasks.
• Can build and develop strong customer relationships.
• Is creative, engaged, and loyal.
