  • Contracting at high altitudes
  • Training in high-altitude work and confined spaces (Accredited training company according to NSA)

Your role:

- You are a professional, reliable, and driven salesperson who places great value on the customer and long-term relationships.

- You are business-oriented and have a high social competence with a keen ear and the ability to adapt your demeanor and activities based on the customer's needs and reality.

- You make the customer feel secure and understand our profession, experience, and suitability for assignments within our business areas.

- Confidently and professionally, you capture the customer's needs and create long-term value as a trusted speaking partner in current and future assignments.

- You are goal-, result-, and quality-conscious with presumed experience from the industry and have the ability to build qualitative and value-creating networks.

- You are self-driven and appreciate being part of our team where you are happy to contribute to the development of your role.

- You place great value on and nurture our brand and look forward to being part of our growth journey and identifying and contributing to new business opportunities!

- You appreciate a family-like organization with short decision-making paths and are used to working with reporting and follow-up to achieve goals and results.

YOUR TASKS:

- Offer our qualified services, products, and appreciated industry training.

- Nurture and develop our existing customers and business opportunities.

- Build strong and long-term customer relationships and networks.

- Join the management team and thus participate in the work with public procurement.

- Participate in networks, fairs, and other industry-related events.

YOU REPORT TO: CEO

YOU START FROM: The headquarters in Linköping

START DATE: By agreement

IT IS HIGHLY MERITORIOUS:

if you have experience from the industrial sector and knowledge of occupational safety regulations, fall protection, and high-altitude work.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Fluent Swedish and English in speech and writing
  • Good computer skills (Office package, computer driving license)
