Your tasks:

Advising customers on products, orders, and deliveries via phone, email, and chat
Handling technical inquiries and product issues
Problem-solving and supporting customers with top-notch service
Participating in training measures and regular team events

What you bring:

Fluent German and good English skills
Technical interest and an affinity for high-tech products
Experience in customer service is a plus, but not a must!
Willingness to work in a flexible work schedule (Monday-Sunday from 09:00-21:00)
