The Job

Handling customer inquiries in German;
Customer contact via phone, chat, and email; mainly with IT managers and IT administrators;
Processing inquiries from corporate clients (B2B)
Assistance with questions about programs like Acrobat Reader, Captivate, Creative Cloud,
Dreamweaver, Framemaker, InDesign, Photoshop, Presenter, and much more.
