At Sprio, we are looking for someone who wants to develop within customer service and is passionate about helping others! In this role, you will receive incoming calls from customers who have questions about apps, smartphones, computers, and tablets.

We are currently seeking customer service representatives for technical support remotely. This role is particularly suitable for those who appreciate a job that involves a lot of problem-solving and continuously challenges your skills.

The work is followed up daily with your team, so we see that you are self-driven in your work but also a team player.

The employment begins with fully paid training conducted remotely.

We are looking for someone who:

• Is independent, engaged, and responsible
• Is solution-oriented and puts the customer first
• Has an interest in technology - experience with iOS and/or MacOS or comparable technology is a plus
• Enjoys working over the phone and delivering the best possible customer service

You have:

• A complete high school diploma
• A suitable home environment to work from – a space where you can work undisturbed with a proper chair, a desk, and a fast and functioning internet connection
• Fluent in spoken and written Swedish and has good knowledge of English

Working hours:

The position is 80-100% and you will work varying hours scheduled within the customer service department's opening hours: 08:00-20:00 Monday-Sunday.

Note. This is a permanent position, and this role is not suitable for those studying and planning to continue their studies in the fall.
