We are now looking for a colleague for our new initiative within Hotels, Restaurants, and Catering (HoReCa), where we see great market potential for our textile service solutions in the Blekinge/Kalmar region.
About the Role
Based in Karlskrona, you will be responsible for independently driving sales efforts and customer satisfaction to promote growth in the region. You will work proactively to nurture and develop relationships with our existing and new customers, allowing them to focus more on their core business.
Your job includes ensuring a structured process from initiation to follow-up. You will develop and negotiate customized collaboration agreements and solution proposals for our customers regarding concept development, volumes, laundry, and distribution. You prioritize your time to be in contact with customers as much as possible.
You will be based at our department in Karlskrona but will collaborate closely with the division's sales and service teams across Sweden and Denmark. As you are responsible for organic growth within your entire district, the job will involve some travel days. A company car is included.
Qualifications and Personal Attributes
We are looking for a passionate person who loves to create great customer experiences all the way to our customers' guests. Therefore, we see that you have a background in the hotel and/or restaurant industry, where you have gained experience of the specific needs for our textile service solutions.
