Responsibilities as LIA Account Manager

In the role of LIA Account Manager, you will play a central role in driving and developing our customer relationships. You will work proactively with both new and existing customers in a competitive market. Your focus will be on identifying business opportunities and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the customer journey.

Main tasks

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers through regular communications and meetings.
• Work with prospecting and new customer acquisition by identifying and contacting potential customers.
• Be responsible for the entire sales cycle from first contact to closing the deal and follow-up.
• Conduct market analyses to identify new business opportunities and trends within the industry.

Qualifications for the role
