Ria Financial Services is looking for an enthusiastic and sales-driven individual for the role of cashier/store associate in our stores in Stockholm. As a cashier/store associate with us, you will be the face of the company and responsible for delivering outstanding customer experiences while actively contributing to achieving our sales targets. The position is part-time and located in Stockholm, Bandhagen. Work in other stores in Stockholm may occur.

Responsibilities include:

• Performing transactions for money transfers and currency exchange with high precision and efficiency.
• Proactively engaging customers to identify their needs and offer appropriate financial services.
• Providing personal and professional service through clear and accommodating communication.
• Managing cash flow carefully and ensuring accurate accounting of all transactions according to company guidelines.
• Contributing to and exceeding sales targets by building customer trust and loyalty.
• Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed by the company.

Qualifications include:

• Experience in sales and customer service is a plus.
• Fluent communication skills in Swedish and English, as well as proficiency in a third language such as Spanish, Turkish, Russian, Ukrainian, etc.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to work effectively under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong customer focus and the ability to create a positive and memorable customer experience.
• Experience with cash handling and money management is an advantage.
• Flexibility to adapt to various tasks and working hours.
• Good computer skills (Word, Excel).
