About the role:

As a Consultant Manager, you will have overall responsibility for building a quality consulting business, attracting healthcare professionals, and creating long-term relationships with both consultants and client organizations.

You will be a key person in a growing team and have significant influence over structure, working methods, and business development.

• Has several years of experience in consulting management, staffing, or recruitment within the healthcare sector

• Is passionate about making a positive impact in Swedish healthcare

Preferred qualifications:

• Previous experience in building teams or business areas from the ground up
• Certification in competency-based recruitment or personality assessment
• Experience with procurement and the public sector
