About the position

You will contact potential customers via phone/sms/email and invite them to meetings regarding roof inspections, technical advice, and solar panel installations.

In some circumstances, you will also guide the customer during the sales process and communicate proactively via phone and email why the customer should choose us.

A very high emphasis is placed on personal contact with the customer, as well as being structured in your work.

Previous experience in the construction industry, roofing, solar market, or sales is an advantage.

Job responsibilities:

• Appointment setting,
• Presenting products by explaining features, warranties, design, and service.
• Increasing knowledge and interest in SVEA SUNFUSION and our products.
• Providing quick responses and follow-ups on inquiries.
• Customer follow-up and reference sales,
• Representing SVEA SUNFUSION in a professional and responsible manner in all communication with others, both within and outside the company.

Who are you?

• You are technically inclined and easily absorb knowledge in this area.
• You possess a very high degree of social competence and love talking to new customers.
• You work in a structured way and find it easy to set up your own work process.
• You have a very high degree of work ethic and work independently.
• Can work with goals together with your colleagues.
• It is advantageous if you have a background in sales with good results.

What we need from you is the following:

• Fluent in Swedish in speech and writing,
• You possess a very high degree of social competence and love talking to new customers,
• Have a positive attitude,
• You work in a structured way and find it easy to set up your own work process,
• Have high ambitions and love challenges,
• You are technically inclined and easily absorb knowledge in this area,
• You have good computer skills and knowledge of business systems and CRM systems.
