About the job

Customer support via incoming phone calls, emails, and chat where you analyze problems and quickly, engagingly, and pedagogically solve customer issues of both simple and complex nature.
Upselling - where you will conduct a needs analysis in each call and inform all customers about ongoing campaigns.

We are looking for someone who

Is at least 18 years old.
Is fluent in Swedish (spoken and written) and has good English skills.
Has basic computer knowledge.
Is service-oriented, professional, and meticulous but also responsible, goal-oriented, stress-resistant, and enjoys problem-solving.
Is flexible, available, and ready to work here for at least 6 months.
