As part of our consulting network, you will have the opportunity to work on exciting assignments tailored to your interests and level of experience.

We understand that everyone has different needs and goals, which is why we offer flexibility in how much you want to work. As a consultant with us, you can tailor your work efforts to what suits you best – whether you want to work a few hours a week alongside your studies, jump into shorter projects, or take on full-time assignments. We have assignments all over Sweden, and your skills are needed, no matter where you live.

With internal training and monthly check-ins, we provide you with the tools to stay updated and develop in your role. Whether you are new to the industry or an experienced specialist, you will receive support and access to experts who help you grow. Here’s how the process can look:

1. We connect You fill out the form, and we learn more about you, your experiences, and what you want moving forward.
2. Matching Sometimes it takes a little time to find the right assignment. When we have a job that we believe fits you, we will reach out!
3. Interview You meet with us and the company to see that it’s a good match from both sides.
4. Onboarding Before you start the assignment, we provide you with thorough onboarding and training so that you feel ready for your new job.
5. Ongoing contact We have ongoing check-ins and training with you and the company to ensure satisfaction on both sides.
