Swedish-speaking Customer Service Representative

Are you a Swedish-speaking person with a great interest in fashion?

Do you want to work as a customer service representative for a leading international retail company that offers a wide range of clothing, shoes, and beauty products to customers in several European countries?

What you will do:

  • Communicate via chat and phone with customers
  • Answer questions about products and services
  • Help customers solve problems and handle technical issues
  • Create a fantastic customer experience that customers appreciate

Requirements
To work as a Swedish-speaking customer service representative, you need:

  • Fluent Swedish (native)
  • Advanced English
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Basic computer skills and technical understanding
  • Willingness to relocate to Crete, Greece
  • EU passport
