Your role as an Account Manager

As an Account Manager at Nordic Investin Group, you play a central role in our continued growth. You will work both operationally and strategically to find new business opportunities, create value for customers, and build long-term relationships. You will be responsible for the entire sales process – from prospecting to closing deals and follow-up.

The role suits you if you thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment, where you can take responsibility, drive projects, and have fun along the way. You are structured, goal-oriented, and enjoy working with clear objectives.

Your main responsibilities:

  • Prospecting and new customer acquisition: Identify and contact new potential customers via phone, email, and social media.
  • Schedule and conduct sales meetings: You drive the entire sales cycle – from first contact to needs analysis, presentation, and closing.
  • Develop customer relationships: Build strong and long-term business relationships based on trust and understanding of the customer's needs.
  • Market monitoring: Follow market trends, identify business opportunities, and stay updated on competitors.
  • Lead management: Work with existing leads and convert them into actual business.
  • Collaborate with the team: You are a team player who shares insights and ideas to achieve common goals.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has previous experience in B2B or B2C sales
  • Has a valid driver's license (B)
  • Communicates fluently in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
  • Is business-minded, proactive, and relationship-building
  • Is driven, goal-focused, and self-sufficient
  • Thrives in a fast, dynamic, and entrepreneurial environment
