We are looking for a network-savvy and results-oriented salesperson who knows the industry and has the ability to create new business opportunities.

📍 Location: Hybrid in Sweden
💼 Type: Independent consulting role, commission-based
💡 Organization: Reports to Country Manager, Sweden

What does the role involve?

🔹 Identify and create new business opportunities through your existing network
🔹 Sell recruitment and consulting services to companies, primarily within energy, IT, engineering, or similar (but not a requirement)
🔹 Build strong and long-lasting relationships with decision-makers
🔹 Be ready to actively contact potential customers through, for example, cold calls
🔹 Work independently but in close collaboration with our Country Manager in Sweden, who operates in the Gothenburg region.
🔹 Participate in sales meetings and training in English with Sperton's global team

Who are you?

✅ You have previous experience in selling recruitment and/or consulting services
✅ You have an existing network of potential customers in Sweden
✅ You speak fluent Swedish and are comfortable with meetings and training in English
✅ You are skilled at building relationships and communicate well with both customers and internal teams
✅ You are self-driven, results-oriented, and enjoy commission-based compensation
✅ Experience with systems such as Teamtailor, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, LinkedIn Recruiter or similar is an advantage, but not a requirement
