Your role with us

The position involves actively contributing to the business development within our companies. You work entrepreneurially and identify new business opportunities that create value for both our colleagues and the group as a whole. The role is dynamic and project-based, requiring you to thrive in a fast-paced environment with many parallel initiatives.

Self-leadership is key to success in this role – you take responsibility for your daily activities, drive your projects forward with clear direction, and have the ability to maintain focus even when the pace increases. You have a natural sense of structure and prioritization and are used to navigating complex contexts where strategic and creative thinking is essential.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Cold calls and proactive sales: You proactively contact potential customers and generate interest in our services. Through a convincing and professional approach, you create opportunities where others see obstacles.
  • Prospecting and identifying new customer opportunities: You map the market, analyze needs, and identify the right target groups to build a solid foundation of qualified leads.
  • Booking and conducting sales meetings: You are responsible for the entire sales process – from initial contact to meeting and follow-up. Your ability to understand the customer's challenges and present tailored solutions is crucial.
  • Market monitoring and lead management: You stay updated on market trends, competitors, and business opportunities – all to stay one step ahead and create value for both customers and the company.
  • Building and developing long-term business relationships: You enjoy closing deals quickly – and you also know that the best collaborations are built on trust and long-term commitment.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has sales experience: You have previously worked in B2B or B2C sales and are comfortable in a role where results and customer relationships are the focus.
  • Holds a valid driver's license (B)
  • Speaks and writes fluent Swedish and has good knowledge of English: You communicate clearly and professionally with both customers and colleagues – both verbally and in writing.
  • Is business-minded, proactive, and skilled at building relationships: You understand what creates business value, take initiative, and enjoy networking and making new contacts.
  • Has a strong drive and a desire to develop: You are curious, goal-oriented, and motivated to achieve results – and preferably exceed them.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic environment: You easily adapt and enjoy when there is a lot happening – in other words, you gain energy from challenges.
