About the position

We are looking for a dedicated and structured Portfolio Coordinator who wants to be part of our Portfolio Management Office (PMO) and contribute to the development of our operations. This is an exciting role where you will work closely with our process leader and a team with broad expertise to create a strong and well-functioning development portfolio together.

In this role, you will play an important function in supporting project managers and ensuring that our projects are driven in line with the organization's strategic goals. You will help plan, prioritize, and follow up on the work within the portfolio, while creating structure and clarity in the processes. You will also be a central person for keeping together and communicating changes within strategic development, IT development, and business development. As we are in an exciting development phase where digitalization is becoming increasingly important, we hope you are curious about how we can work more digitally and efficiently.

We are looking for

We are looking for someone with at least three years of experience in portfolio management, project management, or a similar role, preferably within a PMO. We believe you thrive in a role where you can create structure, collaborate, and contribute to development. You have a good ability to communicate, both verbally and in writing, and are analytical with a solution-focused mindset. Since the work involves managing multiple parallel projects, it is important that you are organized and can prioritize in a balanced and effective way.

For us, it is also valuable that you dare to ask questions and challenge working methods in a constructive way. We appreciate a drive to improve and develop, while also having patience and understanding that change takes time. If you also have experience in digital development and change management, that is a big plus.
