Do you want to be part of a dynamic and forward-thinking finance team? We are now looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounting Assistant with a focus on daily accounting. About the Role

As an Accounting Assistant, you will play a crucial role in managing accounts payable/receivable and ensuring a smooth financial workflow. You will work closely with the CFO to ensure accurate processing of accountings/reports and payments while effectively handling any discrepancies. The role also includes accounting tasks, VAT reconciliation, and financial reporting.

Main Responsibilities:

• Manage accounts payable/receivables,
• Process and execute supplier payments, as well as prepare documentation for approval
• Reconcile accounts payable, bank accounts, and tax accounts
• Perform VAT reconciliations and tax filings
• Conduct financial analyses and investigations in collaboration with the CFO in the Netherlands
• Contact with international colleagues

Who We Are Looking For:

• Experience in finance and accounting
• Proficiency in Swedish & English languages
• Detail-oriented, structured, and analytical mindset
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments
• Experience handling VAT and tax filings
• Proactive and driven by creating efficient and error-free workflows and as you will be responsible for the accounts in Sweden so we need you to be efficient and flexible
