About the role: As a sales-focused customer service representative on our save-desk, you will play a crucial role in retaining customers and ensuring their experience is valued. You will handle incoming calls from Norwegian customers considering canceling their service and actively work to offer tailored solutions that meet their needs.

What you will do:

• Handle incoming calls from Norwegian customers who want to cancel their service and win them back by listening to their needs and offering customized solutions.
• Offer tailored solutions and campaigns to maximize customer satisfaction.
• Use your persuasive communication skills to create value in the customer's continued use of the service.
• Collaborate with the team and receive ongoing coaching to optimize your performance and sales.
• Work towards clear goals and have the opportunity to earn unlimited commission bonuses.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has previous experience in sales and/or customer service and thrives in a goal-oriented and results-driven environment.
• Has a strong sales drive and the ability to persuade and nurture customer relationships.
• Is a good listener with a professional and trustworthy demeanor.
• Has good knowledge of Norwegian and English.
