BrolinWestrell AB is looking for a licensed psychologist/licensed psychotherapist with a focus on leadership, organizational development, and crisis management

BrolinWestrell is a consulting firm specializing in leadership support, crisis management, and personnel support. Our clients are employers in both private and public sectors, ranging from small companies to some of the largest in the country. We are psychologists and psychotherapists who specialize in working in the business sector. Currently, we have seven employees based at our office in Karlaplan, Stockholm.

For this role, we are looking for you who are a licensed psychologist and/or licensed psychotherapist and who want to work as a consultant focusing on leadership and organizational development as well as psychological crisis management. You have a senior profile with several years of experience.

As part of the position, you will staff BrolinWestrell's crisis hotline, which means working some evenings and weekends. Travel may be included in the position.

Main Responsibilities

• Advising and guiding managers, HR, and crisis management functions in crisis management
• Support interventions for individuals and groups affected by crises and severe stressors
• Training in psychological crisis management
• Assignments in one or more of: leadership development, group and team development, conflict management, and workplace mapping

Requirements:

• Licensed psychologist and/or licensed psychotherapist.
• Experience as a consultant in leadership and organizational development
• Experience in clinical patient work.

Desirable:

• Experience in psychological crisis management.
• We have several international clients, and the ability to work in English (individual sessions, lectures, group development) is desirable.
• Experience in customer and business development
• Experience and/or certification in leadership, team development, and recruitment.
