Attendo is now looking for a nurse to join us at Nilstorpsgården in Lidingö who wants to work this summer!

The residence consists of 10 departments with 8 apartments in each department. We focus on both somatic care and dementia. We are a friendly team that emphasizes working together and planning our work to ensure we provide our elderly residents with the best possible care.

Job Description

We need you who want to work during the summer a few days a week.

• Working hours are weekdays during the day
• Start date is according to agreement

Does this description fit you? 

We are looking for a licensed nurse with professional experience and an interest in elderly care. As a person, you are responsible, independent, and humble with the ability to prioritize. You enjoy mentoring and delegating tasks to care staff in health and medical tasks and are motivated by creating high-quality care for those living with us together with your colleagues.

In our residences, you will have a varied job where you work long-term with health plans to increase the quality of life for the residents, but you are also the one making assessments and decisions about actions in acute situations. Your responsibilities also include providing good palliative care. The transition to Close Care means that more and more healthcare interventions at a specialized level take place in the residence. This gives you a variety of stimulating and developing tasks. The work is independent while you have access to many competent colleagues in our nursing networks.

About the recruitment process
