About the Job

The Social Administration comprises approximately 2000 employees within the areas of functional support, individual and family care, elderly care, and staff functions. Within the administration, two medically responsible nurses work, one of whom has a strategic role, and the MAS we are looking for will have a close operational responsibility and assignment.

Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities for the operational MAS include:

• responsibility according to the health and medical care regulations within the areas of functional support, social psychiatry, and elderly care
• developing processes, guidelines, and routines in collaboration with the operations and strategic MAS-individual cases within our areas of operation
• collaboration with managers and employees within the administration, medical organizations, health centers, psychiatry, infection control/health hygiene, etc.
• reviews and follow-ups
• incident management
• lex Maria investigations in collaboration with strategic MAS
• writing the annual patient safety report and patient safety plan in collaboration with strategic MAS

About You

The role of operational MAS requires you to be communicative and pedagogical. You have a knack for expressing yourself verbally and in writing, and you work systematically and methodically while being interested in quality development of the operations. With your specialist knowledge, you have a professional approach and work carefully and consciously towards set goals. Your ability to collaborate with others and create positive working relationships is essential to succeed in this role.

Your Profile

It is a requirement that you are a licensed nurse with specialist training and that you have experience from municipal health and medical care. It is advantageous if you have:

• very good knowledge of health and medical care legislation as well as knowledge of SoL and LSS.
• experience in the rehabilitation field
• experience in quality and development work
• worked or are working as MAS
