SharePoint Specialist Wanted

We are looking for a SharePoint specialist with deep knowledge of Microsoft 365 tools such as SharePoint, Teams, and Viva. You will work on creating, developing, and optimizing solutions within the Microsoft 365 environment while collaborating with teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

As a SharePoint specialist, you will work on:

• Creating and configuring Teams templates
• Linking news feeds from SharePoint to Teams
• Developing and implementing Viva dashboards
• Creating landing pages for production in Teams
• Managing MFA and dynamic groups
• Configuring and setting permissions within Microsoft 365
• Testing and quality assurance of solutions
• Documenting solutions and processes for handover to relevant teams
• Collaborating with teams and stakeholders and communicating technical solutions clearly

Your Profile and Qualifications

To succeed in the role of SharePoint specialist, you are an engaged and technically skilled person who wants to help develop the client's Microsoft 365 environment. We believe you are a team player with good communication skills who enjoys collaborating and sharing knowledge with your colleagues. You have an eye for detail, analytical skills, and a desire to find the best solutions.

Requirements:

• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft 365 tools, including SharePoint, Teams, and Viva
• Experience working with admin portals within Microsoft 365
• Experience creating Teams templates and integrating external news feeds
• Knowledge of MFA, dynamic groups, and alternative solutions
• Strong testing and quality control skills
• Ability to document solutions and processes
• Good communication skills in both spoken and written – Swedish and English
• A team player who promotes collaboration and ensures the team's work flows smoothly

Desirable:

• Experience implementing Microsoft 365 tools and change management for both administrative and operational staff
• Experience working in an agile environment
