As a Support Specialist at Jula, your day begins with a warm welcome from your colleagues in the support team. You solve IT problems on-site, via phone, or remote support, and feel the satisfaction of making a real difference.

Your role is versatile and includes everything from installation and configuration of hardware and software to maintenance of computers and network equipment to ensure optimal performance. You identify and resolve technical issues with computers, networks, and other IT equipment, as well as provide technical support to users and answer questions regarding business systems and applications. You document all technical issues and solutions for future reference in our knowledge base. Every day brings new opportunities to learn and grow together with us at Jula.

What’s in your CV?

We value unique experiences. A high school education with a focus on IT or equivalent practical experience is important. Knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and network/infrastructure is a big plus. Very good knowledge of Microsoft Windows/Office is a requirement, and you should be comfortable communicating in both Swedish and English. A driving license (B) is an advantage.

Good to know

The position is a permanent full-time employment that starts with a 6-month probationary period. The location is our headquarters in Skara.
