Rental Agent in Växjö

Are you service-oriented, flexible, and enjoy working independently? We are now looking for a rental agent in Växjö! You will be the face of the company and have daily contacts and meetings with tenants. Here you will be offered an independent position with a lot of freedom under responsibility.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a rental agent, you will be responsible for the rental process in a portfolio of approximately 450 apartments in Växjö. The role is broad and includes both administrative and practical tasks. You will, among other things:

• Schedule, conduct viewings, and manage rentals
• Apartment inspections
• Plan and order renovations and corresponding measures
• Ongoing communication with tenants, both in person and via email
• Key management
• Contract writing
• Contact with suppliers
• Property administration

You are expected to be proactive, sales-oriented, and creative in your role, especially in the rental process. We are a small organization in Växjö, with two to three people working closely together. You will report to the property manager. The position means that you will work independently at our office, located at one of our property portfolios.

It is also desirable that you have a basic understanding of rental law and previous experience in similar roles, but we also value your attitude, willingness, and ability to quickly adapt to the job.

WHAT WE OFFER

The position is full-time, permanent with a possible initial probationary period. Location: Växjö. Working hours during the day, Monday to Friday. Start in June or by agreement. Individual salary setting. We have a collective agreement. Recruitment is ongoing with the final application date on April 21.
