Enöglaskolan is a multicultural F-9 school with approximately 550 students. In 2026, we will move into the newly built Lillsidanskolan, a modern and purpose-built school that will provide us with even better opportunities to meet students' needs and create stimulating learning environments. The school is led by a principal and two vice principals together with team leaders from four teams: F-3, 4-6, 7-9, and after-school care. The school also has a complete student health team with several functions working closely with the teaching teams.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Your Responsibilities

Your responsibilities include working based on the elementary school's governing documents (the Education Act and Lgr 22) together with teaching colleagues. Furthermore, you will have your own responsibility for planning, implementing, documenting, and following up on the teaching you conduct. You will participate in the analysis and development of the school operations together with other teachers and school management.

You will be a class teacher/mentor for a group and work closely with other teachers in the 4-6 team. You may teach several different subjects, which means you are expected to be flexible. We would very much like you to have qualifications and experience in teaching Swedish as a second language, as many of our students are multilingual. Since the school has a multilingual student base, we see the language and knowledge-developing approach (SKUA) as a natural part of the teaching and an important attitude, where we actively work to create an inclusive learning environment and give all students the best possible conditions to develop.

About the Workplace

We work in teams and with team teaching, where each grade is a team of 3-4 teachers depending on the number of students in the grade.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education - Crucial

Licensed teacher with qualifications to teach grades 4-6. We are looking for:

• A teacher with a focus on Swedish/SVA, qualifications in Swedish as a second language are an advantage
• A teacher with a focus on mathematics and natural sciences

You collaborate well with others and relate to them in a responsive and smooth manner. You listen, communicate, and resolve collaboration difficulties or conflicts constructively.
