About the role As an HR Generalist with us, you will be an important part of an engaged HR team with 9 colleagues spread across Gothenburg, Halmstad, Jönköping, and Stockholm. Despite being in different locations, we collaborate closely, support each other, and develop together every day.

In this role, you will work broadly within the HR field and be a close support to our managers in both operational and strategic matters. You will handle everything from recruitment, onboarding, and labor law to rehabilitation processes, internal training, and the development of routines. This is a role for you who want variety, responsibility, and a dynamic workday.

Examples of tasks:

• Support managers in personnel matters, including labor law, union contact, and rehabilitation cases
• Drive recruitment processes via Teamtailor – writing ads, selection, interviews, reference checks
• Work with introductions, onboarding, and internal training initiatives
• Contribute to the development of policies, templates, and internal processes
• Handle HR administration and documentation
• Identify and drive improvements within HR work
• Participate in strategic HR initiatives related to the development of the business

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who has worked with HR issues for at least two years and is ready for a broad role where you can take on significant responsibility. You are confident in dialogue with both managers and employees, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and have a solution-focused mindset. You see what needs to be done – and you do it.

We would like you to have:

Post-secondary education in HR or a similar field At least 2 years of experience in broad HR work Familiarity with labor law issues, union contact, and rehabilitation cases Experience in recruitment and onboarding processes Good structure, self-drive, and the ability to prioritize Fluent Swedish in speech and writing

Location: Halmstad Scope: Full-time, permanent, and we apply a 6-month probationary period Start date: By agreement
