About the role

As an accounting assistant with our new customer, you will have a central role and be part of the company's new finance department in the ongoing financial work. The customer, who has new owners, is currently undergoing a name change but has previously been a well-established die-casting company in Unnaryd.
Your main tasks will include:

Management of accounts receivable and accounts payable
Invoicing and debt collection
Register maintenance
Support the organization in other administrative and financial matters

You will be an important part of the team and a support function for the business as a whole. The position is a recruitment, and the final candidate will be offered a position directly with the customer.

Someone with a background in finance education or equivalent experience from the workforce. You are structured, meticulous, and efficient in your work approach. You are a team player who enjoys collaborating and supporting colleagues when needed but can also thrive in independent work. We believe that you, who are social, communicative, and solution-oriented, will enjoy this role, and we hope that you are someone unpretentious, with a strong sense of self who dares to discuss ideas and suggestions for improvement. You easily adapt to situations and can explain processes in a pedagogical manner.

Qualifications and merits

Several years of experience working in a finance department or similar
Good IT skills
You are fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
Experience with business systems – preferably Monitor – is an advantage
Previous work with similar tasks in finance is a plus
