What does the role offer?

As an accountant at Pivab, you will hold a key position in a stable and technology-driven company. Here, you will have the opportunity to work broadly with accounting in an organization where your contributions make a difference, both in daily operations and for the company's continued development.

You will have significant responsibility and varied tasks within the finance area, where you will work operationally but also contribute to control and quality. The role includes tasks such as:

• Reconciliation of accounting and control of preliminary financial statements
• Preparation of monthly and annual financial statements
• Ongoing bookkeeping, invoice management, and invoicing
• VAT and tax declarations
• Management of accounts receivable and accounts payable
• Currency management, primarily against USD
• Review and follow-up of project accounting

You will work weekdays, during classic office hours, with the possibility of flexibility and will be based at the office in Veddige. You will report directly to their CEO.

Who are you?

We believe you are an experienced accountant who thrives on structure and enjoys keeping details in order. You have an analytical eye and are motivated to get things right from the start. At the same time, you are an unpretentious and flexible person who likes to contribute to a good working environment with close collaborations.

Furthermore, we believe that you:

• Have an education in finance at least at the high school level, or equivalent work experience. Post-secondary studies are an advantage but not a requirement.
• Have previous experience in qualified accounting work
• Have good knowledge of Visma or similar financial systems
• Handle Swedish and English, both spoken and written

Experience in project accounting and financial management from international environments is an advantage. As a person, you take responsibility for your work and have the ability to drive tasks independently from start to finish. At the same time, you appreciate collaboration with colleagues, are curious about your surroundings, and are attentive to the needs of the business.
