Your profile - Claims Advisor in Sollefteå

We are looking for a person with experience in claims management and advisory. You have a high service level, organizational skills, and a customer-oriented perspective.

• Solid experience in claims management and customer support.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with both customers and colleagues.
• Competence in using computerized administrative tools and systems.
• Solution-oriented and flexible with a desire to exceed expectations.
• A valid driver's license (B) is required.

Responsibilities - Your tasks

• Assist customers throughout the claims management process, from the receipt of the case to its completion.
• Perform thorough assessments of damages and assist with cost calculations.
• Maintain an open and professional dialogue with customers to ensure their understanding and trust.
• Collaborate with workshop staff and insurance companies to ensure that repair work meets quality standards.
• Document damages and manage data in our workshop systems.
