The drive to utilize the timber available in the forest was the motivation when Bengt-Olov Byström started Logosol in 1989. As Logosol looks to the future, they take off from that idea and create innovative machines of high quality for customers around the world.

Globally, approximately 100 people work at Logosol today. Bengt-Olov Byström and his family are active in the company. From the headquarters in Härnösand, Logosol annually delivers products to about 65 countries and has a close collaboration with around 50 different distributors worldwide.

At the headquarters in Härnösand, just over 50 people work. The company culture is shaped by the core values of safety, joy, community, and profitability. At Logosol, everyone shares a common passion for woodworking, which permeates every machine and product they create. Logosol is not just a manufacturer but also eager users of their own machines, and many in the company saw and plane even in their spare time. Logosol creates products they themselves use and does not compromise on quality and capacity.

The entire company is making a major investment in product development and in-house production in Härnösand to secure the entire value chain from order to machine at the customer. The focus is on developing new high-quality products with the user in mind. Some customers you meet on social media and in Logosol's magazine are well-known from TV. Another might happen to be your neighbor. A third is on the other side of the globe. Responsibilities

In the role of financial manager, you will be responsible for the overall financial strategy, financial planning, and reporting. You will lead the finance department and work closely with the CEO and the board to ensure that the business operates according to financial and regulatory requirements. You play a central role in developing and implementing internal control systems as well as managing relationships with auditors, banks, and authorities.

Your main responsibilities:

• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
• Develop and monitor budgets and financial forecasts
• Create BI reports and reporting to management
• Be responsible for internal control and risk management
• Drive relationships with auditors, banks, and authorities

Education, experience, and personal qualities

• Bachelor's degree in economics, finance, or equivalent
• Experience in financial management and accounting
• Deep knowledge of accounting, financial reporting, and budgeting
• Good understanding of financial systems and ERP solutions
• Experience with BI reports in Business Central (Dynamics 365) is an advantage
• Experience with other currencies is an advantage
• Experience in a leadership position is an advantage
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
