What you will do
As a Service Agent, you will work to:
- Meet our customers via phone and create positive customer experiences
- Guide our customers to find solutions to their banking matters
- Counteract digital exclusion and help our customers feel comfortable with our digital services
- Handle everything from simple questions to more complicated customer matters

Your background and skills include:
- Completed and approved secondary education
- Good knowledge of Swedish and English in speech and writing
It would be valuable if you also:
- Have relevant and current work experience in customer-facing service roles, preferably within banking/finance/insurance
- Have education in economics
Working conditions
In this role, you will work on a rotating schedule divided into day, evening, and weekend shifts. Working hours on weekdays are from 7:45 AM to 8:15 PM and on weekends from 8:45 AM to 5:15 PM. The employment form is a part-time position where you are expected to work 30 hours/week. We offer a start date of June 9, 2025. You need to be available for work between weeks 27-32.
