As a customer service representative for SJ, your main tasks will consist of answering incoming customer calls regarding payments, train departures, bookings, delays, and refunds. Our goal is to deliver a qualitative customer service where customer calls are answered both efficiently and professionally. At the same time, we strive to provide the best possible customer service with expertise and commitment. The pace at SJ's customer service can sometimes be very high, and it is essential to be able to handle many balls in the air at once.

You will primarily be answering customer inquiries over the phone, so it is important that you enjoy interacting with customers with your voice as your primary tool. Later in your employment, you will occasionally have the opportunity to respond to customer inquiries via chat and email.

Your employment will begin with a paid training and mentoring period. Both the training and mentoring period will take place over a total of 5-6 weeks where you will learn the basics of how the work is carried out.

We are looking for you who:

• Are service-oriented
• Motivated to learn new things
• Have passing grades in Swedish 1/A and English 5/A
• Have good computer skills
• Agree to a background check via Verifiera

WORKING HOURS: Varied working hours, Monday-Sunday between 06:00 - 22:00
