About the Job
We are now looking for an HR Administrator to join the HR team at the unit for management and operational support. Currently, we are three HR specialists and an HR manager who work closely together and with the rest of the organization, relying on good collaboration and the ability to independently drive issues. We now need to expand our operations with an administrator to meet the needs of the organization as Digg grows.
As an HR Administrator, you will work with administration across the entire HR field and with ongoing payroll management with our external payroll provider. This means you will have a central role with many points of contact to collaborate with. More specifically, you will:
- be responsible for our functional mailbox and respond to inquiries from the organization’s managers and employees
- support, guide, and possibly train managers and employees in payroll-related questions
- work with recruitment administration and onboarding of new employees
- produce statistics, respond to surveys and questionnaires within the HR field
- be the agency's operational contact person with the Swedish Agency for Government Employers that handles our payroll
- administrate workplace environment and collaboration issues, such as booking meetings and taking notes during these
- administrate personnel security matters
- continuously update our intranet with HR information
- participate in development work within HR and payroll
- handle other administration within the HR field

Knowledge
Requirements
- General knowledge of HR processes
- Ability to process, compile, and to some extent present data within the HR field
- Good knowledge of digital tools. You easily adapt to new digital tools
- Very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
Experience
Requirements
- At least three years of independent work experience with broad HR administration within the public sector
- Experience working in a payroll system
Desirable
- Experience interpreting and providing support to the organization based on state collective agreements
- Experience developing processes within the HR field
Education
You have a post-secondary education in the HR field or equivalent experience that the employer deems relevant.
About Digg
Digg is an authority that works broadly to support and coordinate the digitalization of the Swedish public administration. We develop digital infrastructure and services that help other public actors in their digitalization. We also ensure that digital public services are accessible to all.
Potential Organizational Change
In order to strengthen the digitalization work, the government has tasked Digg and the Swedish Post and Telecom Authority (PTS) to propose how our two authorities could merge into one. The report was submitted to the government on March 14, and we are now awaiting a decision on whether an organizational change will be implemented. Digg's headquarters is located in central Sundsvall in modern activity-based premises. We also have a smaller and modern office in central Stockholm. We are positively inclined to allow for remote work based on the needs of the organization and the individual, but it is expected that you are in the office at least one day a week and when the work requires it. The extent of remote work varies among individuals based on the needs of the organization.
