Kubikenborg Aluminium AB is Sweden's only producer of primary aluminum and is one of the largest industrial companies in Sundsvall. The factory was built in 1942 and we have the capacity to produce 130,000 tons of aluminum per year. The final product, which consists of ingots, is delivered to presses and rolling mills throughout Europe. Kubal currently employs 460 people.

Job Description

As a Communicator, you will work with the company's communication both internally and externally. Internal communication involves the entire company and regular contact with our owners. You will be responsible for the company's information email. The position may involve knowledge of sensitive personal information, and therefore integrity and discretion are required.

Your Responsibilities:

• Manage Kubal's external communication via Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube
• Manage internal communication via the Intranet at Kubal, as well as information screens. Also, be the main user and developer of the systems Joomla and Smartsign.
• Be responsible for collaboration with external parties, such as schools, etc.
• Manage sponsorship contacts and associated budget
• Responsible for the information email info@kubal.se
• Participate in developing materials for information and communication

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who has:

• University/Bachelor's degree in Media and Communication
• Experience with Joomla or similar systems
• Experience with the entire Adobe suite (especially Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects, InDesign)
• Experience with Smartsign
• Excellent knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Previous experience as a communicator is desirable
• Basic knowledge of HTML
• Experience with SAP

The position is a temporary contract from April 14, 2025, to September 30, 2025, with the possibility of extension.

The position reports to the HR Manager
