We need to strengthen our payment operations with two competencies focused on machine learning and AI. Our goal is to gradually build in-depth knowledge around the new technology to see how it can best benefit our customers and strengthen us in our important mission.

You will work as a controller in our Payment Department's management support together with several colleagues. Initially, your task will be to closely engage with our core operations to learn more about our mission, our tasks, and our organization. At the same time, you will also work with regular tasks as a controller in the payment operations.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who:

• has a relevant university degree (of at least 180 credits) with a focus on, for example, computer science, statistics, economics, or engineering, or equivalent that the employer deems relevant.
• has experience in structuring and analyzing large amounts of data.
• has knowledge of programming languages and programming software, such as Python or R.
• can handle the Microsoft Office suite.
• has very good skills in spoken and written communication.
• has good knowledge of English in both spoken and written form.

We consider it an advantage if you have:

• experience with development issues focusing on creating models for machine learning.
• experience working independently with BI tools (Business Intelligence).
• very good knowledge of Excel.
• experience analyzing results and suggesting improvements.

To succeed in this role, you need to be able to collaborate with others but also work independently when it comes to structuring and analyzing results. You have your own drive and can bring forward ideas, and you are quality-conscious and complete ongoing tasks. To thrive in the role, you have good analytical skills and can work in a needs-driven manner and adapt to changing circumstances. We appreciate an interest and ability to help others, as well as sharing your knowledge and skills in everyday life. It is important that you enjoy speaking and presenting in front of a group and that you can explain complex information in a simple way.
