About the position
This is a temporary full-time consulting assignment lasting from the beginning of May until the end of August. You will be employed by Bravura and work as a consultant at Telia.

Job responsibilities
In the role of customer support, you will work closely with the company's private and, to some extent, business customers, where you are responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction. The cases vary in time and complexity and involve issues regarding fiber connections, order placement, invoice and complaint handling, etc. Using phone, chat, and email as your primary tools, you will work to provide excellent customer service. The role involves varied tasks with multiple points of contact, both internally and externally, and you will belong to a team of about 10 people. There is also a sister team in Gothenburg with the same tasks, but your leader will be based in Sundsvall. In Second line support, it is essential to always be on your toes and to challenge to improve our processes and flows that contribute to high customer satisfaction and high resolution rates. You will work to challenge your colleagues to develop and will help drive our journey to reduce volumes and improve our ways of working to become more efficient.
Education, experience, and personal qualities
• Completed upper secondary education • You speak and write fluently in Swedish and have good knowledge of English • Technical interest • Previous work experience, preferably in customer service/support You are good at communicating, challenging, and creating results. You are curious, creative, have a strong interest in working with and for people, and coach your colleagues to continually develop and improve. You find it easy to collaborate and build good relationships. As a person, you are responsible, engaged, and positive towards change. You see opportunities where others see obstacles. The customer is central to our work, and we see that your natural improvement thinking always starts from the customer and the business.
