The Municipal Executive Administration operates under the municipal board and is responsible for leading, coordinating, supporting, and monitoring the overall municipal operations.
Do you want to help create engaging and clear HR communication in Örnsköldsvik Municipality? We are looking for someone who is communicative, innovative, and passionate about strengthening our employer brand and improving internal communication.
As part of our HR department, you will be an important player in a knowledgeable and engaged team of 21 people. Here you will have the opportunity to make a difference – both for the organization and our employees.
Your main responsibilities:
- Create and disseminate HR-related information via the intranet, newsletters, and other channels
- Develop inclusive and clear communication
- Enhance the content of our learning platform
- Conduct workshops, information sessions, and training for both small and large groups
- Strengthen the employer brand through marketing and social media
- Produce engaging content for job ads, websites, and other channels
- Collaborate with schools and universities
- Participate in cross-municipal and corporate development work and cooperate with other parts of the organization (e.g., the communications unit)
Qualifications:
- Relevant education in communication, HR, or marketing, or extensive experience in the field that the employer considers sufficient
- Experience in working with communication or strengthening employer branding
Experience in project management, digital training production, brand building, and using social media in your work is an advantage.
We are looking for someone who is:
- A skilled writer with the ability to engage and inspire in both speech and writing
- Proactive and solution-oriented and enjoys a role that involves collaboration
- Confident in leading discussions and presentations (in both large and small groups)
We place great emphasis on personal suitability. Selection and interviews may take place on an ongoing basis.
This is a project employment until 2026-12-31 with a possibility of extension.
