The Procurement and Purchasing Unit carries out operational and strategic purchases and procurements, as well as manages and follows up on entered agreements. With the entire purchasing process in focus, we work with exciting and varied tasks. We are currently in an ambitious change process to elevate our contract management to a more strategic level. We offer a developing assignment in a positive and engaging work environment with about 25 colleagues, of whom 7 are contract controllers.

We are now looking for contract controllers for our unit, starting in June 2025 or as agreed. The position is currently located in Härnösand with the possibility of remote work. Meetings are conducted both digitally and physically, and travel may occur in the position. The position is intended to be a permanent employment.

Contract Controllers for Procurement and Purchasing, Härnösand

Job Responsibilities

As a contract controller, you play a crucial role in managing and optimizing our agreements.

• You manage the administration of our agreements and have a good overview to take proactive measures during the contract period
• You check and analyze the flow of invoices and volumes to identify cost savings and efficiency improvements
• You hold reconciliation meetings with our suppliers and purchasing operations
• You act as legal support, ensuring that our agreements comply with applicable laws and regulations
• You drive the development of our agreements at both operational and strategic levels

Additional Information

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who

• Has a post-secondary education in a relevant field for the position, or has acquired equivalent knowledge/experience that the employer deems suitable
• Has experience working related to the Public Procurement Act
• Has good knowledge of Swedish in both spoken and written form

It is an advantage if you

• Have an education in contract law
• Have an education in project management
• Have experience in contract development, contract follow-up, and purchasing management
• Have experience in contract work involving interpretation and negotiation
• Have experience in change management
• Have experience in real estate, construction, contracting, or IT
