At the Consulting and Service Administration, we provide support and services to the administrations in our areas of property, operations and service, food, IT, and administrative support services.

We are looking for a colleague to work with us as a temporary payroll consultant.

Job Responsibilities

The Payroll Unit is part of the Consulting and Service Administration. It is important for us to provide a good response and maintain a high level of service to everyone who requests our help. Our goal is: Right salary to the right person at the right time. We are now looking for a temporary payroll consultant who wants to be part of our team while one of our colleagues is on parental leave.

Your main tasks will be to work service-oriented with payroll administration, provide support to the municipality's managers and employees, and manage/take action in the municipality's personnel administrative system. You are expected to be interested and proactive in development work and to look to the future with curiosity in payroll work.

Qualifications

You should have completed education/degree in payroll administration, economics, HR, or other administrative education that the employer deems sufficient. Documented experience in payroll administration, agreements in the payroll area, personnel administration, and economics is an advantage. Experience with personnel administrative systems/scheduling systems is particularly meritorious, especially if you have experience with Personec P and Medvind. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.

You have a knack for providing good service, building trust, and conducting training and speaking in front of groups. As a person, you have excellent collaboration skills, are communicative, structured, driven, stress-resistant, and able to juggle many tasks simultaneously. Additionally, you should approach remote work with curiosity and feel comfortable with a high degree of digital meetings.
