Job Description

As a Business Controller, you will be responsible for supporting the management with financial analysis, profitability monitoring, budgeting, forecasting, and tracking the company's financial results. You will be part of the finance function, which consists of an accountant and a finance assistant. You will report to the company's CFO. The finance department is located in Örnsköldsvik.

Examples of Responsibilities:

• Profitability analysis
• Calculations and pricing
• Cash flow and working capital analysis
• Quality assurance of financial information
• Internal control and process improvement

Who Are You?

You have a university degree in finance and at least three years of experience in similar roles. Your experience includes financial management, forecasting, and accounting. You are accustomed to working in business systems and also from BI systems like Power BI. Being a proficient user of Excel is a given. You are fluent in both Swedish and English, spoken and written.

We will place great emphasis on your personal qualities. To succeed and thrive in the role, you are used to working independently and have well-developed collaboration skills. You are communicative and analytical, and you are accustomed to handling large data sets. You can work with both details and the big picture, taking pride in being meticulous and proactive.
