Job Description

We are currently looking for a Logistics Coordinator for our client in Upplands Väsby. You will be part of the Supply Chain team and cover for vacation for approximately 4.5 months. The team represents the entire Nordic region, so we are looking for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment, has previous experience in a similar role, and has worked in an international company with many points of contact.

Responsibilities

You will be responsible for ensuring correct inventory levels for various brands. The work is dynamic and conditions change often – therefore, you need to be attentive to changes in forecasts and communicate both with production units and internally within the organization to establish the right priorities. You should be comfortable making your own decisions to find quick and simple solutions to difficult problems. How and in what way you communicate our needs, both within the company and externally, is very important.

Qualifications

Requirements:

• Swedish - fluent in spoken and written
• English - fluent in spoken and written
• Relevant work experience – experience in raw material planning, purchasing, production, and sales of fast-moving consumer goods is valuable
• Ability to quickly learn new processes and flows
• Good communication skills and the ability to easily build relationships at various levels within and outside the organization, including colleagues working remotely
• Education in a relevant field (Supply Chain degree, preferably with a focus on logistics)
• Very good knowledge of Excel
• Good knowledge of SAP - at least 1 year of work experience

Meritorious:

• Degree in engineering
• FMCG
