Assignment: This is a consulting assignment with a good chance of being taken over by the client.

About the role

As a Senior Property Manager, you will have overall responsibility for a designated property portfolio. Your task is to lead and distribute the daily work with operations and maintenance – focusing on net operating income, digitalization, and sustainability. You are responsible for achieving goals and KPIs, and drive development projects to streamline management work and increase property values.

You report to the Property Manager and become a central part of an engaged team.

Examples of tasks:

• Budget, forecast, and result responsibility for the properties
• Analysis and follow-up of property development and valuation processes
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and regulations
• Planning and implementation of maintenance together with suppliers
• Ongoing tenant contact and relationship building
• Procurement of service agreements and ordering of actions
• Contribute to business development through projects and new initiatives
• Insurance responsibility for the properties

The role includes responsibility for several important areas such as purchasing, operating costs, energy consumption, planned maintenance, and investments.

Since the position involves travel between properties, a driver's license and access to a personal vehicle are required.

About you

To succeed in the role, we believe you have solid experience in residential management and a strong business focus. You are used to working independently but also enjoy collaborating with others. You have an analytical mindset and are driven by seeing concrete results from your work.

• 8–10 years of experience in residential management
• Post-secondary education in real estate, economics, or equivalent
• Previously worked in a supervisory role – for example, as a manager, project, or process leader
• Experience from results-driven organizations, preferably from external management
• Strong financial and analytical ability to create both short- and long-term values
• Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Very good knowledge of the Office suite, especially Excel
