ValueOne is recruiting a Supply Planner for our client in Stockholm. Do you have several years of experience in supply and/or demand planning with a background in FMCG and retail and are used to working with planning and visualization tools? You could be the one we are looking for.

ValueOne specializes in Supply Chain Management - purchasing and logistics. We offer our clients services in three business areas: leasing and recruitment support within our specialist area, as well as business development of the corporate function for Supply Chain regarding strategy, model, method, process, organization, and competence. We can offer a variety of assignments at all levels within Supply Chain Management.

As a Supply Planner, you will be responsible for the logistics flow from supplier to central warehouse. Through analysis and planning of purchases, you will ensure that the assortment is available in a cost-effective manner to meet needs and service expectations. You will have cross-functional collaboration with many contact points, both internally and externally.

Main responsibilities:

• Optimize inventory levels at the central warehouse by planning purchases based on sales forecasts, assortment changes, and seasonal variations to prevent date expirations, obsolescence, shortages, and overstock.
• Monitor deliveries, manage and resolve delivery issues, and follow up on supplier performance.
• Be responsible for KPI monitoring, root cause analysis, and implementing improvement measures.
• Continuously evaluate and improve work processes in collaboration with internal departments, warehouses, and suppliers.

We are looking for someone with a post-secondary education in Supply Chain or equivalent experience. You have at least five years of experience in Supply Planning, Demand Planning, or other operational purchasing with a focus on planning and forecasting. Furthermore, you have good knowledge of planning tools or ERP planning modules. You are also well-versed in Excel. Knowledge of visualization and data tools such as Power BI, Qlik series is an advantage, as is previous experience with Dynamics AX / 365.

We expect you to be fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
