We are now strengthening Hovets Entreprenad and core drilling with a warehouse manager.

As a warehouse manager, you will primarily work from our headquarters in Västberga, Stockholm, and be part of a competent and friendly team. You will be responsible for the daily operation of materials, machines, and inventory, as well as purchasing, renting, and leasing.

You will play a key role in maintaining an organized, efficient, and economically functioning warehouse and inventory operation in the company's purchasing, machine, and material management.

Responsibilities:

Your main role is to ensure effective and accurate handling of machines, materials, and goods, which includes purchasing, incoming deliveries, as well as storage and inventory. This is done in collaboration with other functions and staff in the company. Examples of tasks: Develop and improve logistics and warehouse areas in collaboration with stakeholders in production. Maintain accurate documentation and logistics of all material and machine flow in the system. Develop and implement control plans through, among other things, rounds within the area of responsibility that ensure we comply with laws and other requirements.

Coordinate work during mapping and follow-up of strategic machines and spare parts. Handle hazardous materials and follow relevant legislation as well as internal guidelines and procedures. Maintain order in all logistics. Ensure that basic maintenance and repairs of warehouse equipment are carried out. Collaborate with other roles within the company regarding logistics, purchasing, and renting of machines and materials. Establish long- and short-term maintenance plans within inventory management. Who are you? We see that you have a relevant post-secondary education, preferably in construction logistics and purchasing. You have several years of experience in similar tasks within warehouse or inventory operations. You have basic computer skills and experience using purchasing and inventory management systems.

Meritorious: You have experience in previously building an organized and efficient logistics and inventory operation within construction and machinery.

Language skills: Fluent Swedish in speech and writing. English is meritorious. Driver's license: A B driver's license is required.
