Project Leader for Sensors and Radar
We are looking for a project leader who wants to help drive our work in sensors and radar forward. With us, you will have the opportunity to use your skills where they truly make a difference. Together with an experienced team, you will help create solutions that leave an impact – both today and in the future.
About the Position
As a project leader in sensors and radar, you will work closely on a technical level and support other project leaders in their work. You will assist in ensuring that the project's milestones are achieved according to the schedule, within budget, and with agreed quality. You will work systematically with resource planning and technical requirements, technical dialogues with system suppliers, and prepare and analyze project documents for decision-making. The role also involves close communication with stakeholders and suppliers to ensure effective processes and progress.
The position is based in Stockholm. Travel may be required.
About You
We are looking for someone who is a civil or university engineer, systems scientist, or has equivalent skills acquired in another way that we assess as equivalent. You have several years of experience working in a project format. The position requires that you have excellent knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
Experience in project management is an advantage. If you have relevant experience in radar or sensors, we see it as a benefit. We also prefer candidates with experience in technical system work and project planning tools such as MS Project or equivalent. Experience in procurement and negotiations is also viewed positively. To succeed in this role, we appreciate experience in systems safety work or ILS, and it is also an advantage if you have project management training or equivalent knowledge acquired in another way. Experience in the defense, automotive, or security industry is a merit.
Personal qualities are of great importance to us. We welcome applicants with diverse backgrounds and experiences and seek someone who enjoys collaborating with others and is structured in their work. We also expect you to have good financial awareness, be flexible, and self-driven.
