Description

We are looking for an engaged ServiceNow Solution Architect for Shared IT who wants to manage and develop a ServiceNow platform.

You will be placed in the "Process & Delivery Support" group within the IT department. The role means that you will be part of a ServiceNow team where you actively lead and support the development of the platform and its functionality. You will drive change and management activities by understanding the business requirements and providing solution and design proposals according to ServiceNow Best Practices. Together with the team, you ensure a smooth implementation, and are responsible for the platform's maintainability, licensing model, and long-term development to create the best possible value. Through established forums, you collaborate with solution and domain architects to ensure that architectural principles are followed.

Responsibilities

Your role includes conducting requirement dialogues, analyzing and designing solutions, including technical detail design in consultation with developers. You will drive features and be responsible for the continuous monitoring of the platform's overall health as well as lead the work on the Business Continuity plan. Furthermore, you will develop the roadmap and participate in architecture forums, where you actively support the platform's area of responsibility for management. Since the team is small, there may also be periods where you are involved in troubleshooting, incident management, and other management work.

Qualifications

• At least 8 years of experience in the development and management of the ServiceNow platform.
• At least 2 years of experience as an architect.
• Good insight into ServiceNow Best Practices.

Desirable Qualifications

• Experience working with ITIL and SAFe.
• Strong communication skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• Experience working in complex IT environments with traditional infrastructure and SaaS platform architecture.

Conditions

The position is located at the client's premises with the possibility of discussing remote work 50%. The position is full-time and applies from the agreed start date. The office location is in Stadshagen. Period: 2025-04-07 - 2025-08-29
