We are looking for an engaged and structured project coordinator for our client, a leading player in the automotive industry. In this role, you will act as an important link between various projects and your internal team. The role focuses heavily on understanding needs, creating structure, and ensuring efficient workflows. You will work in a small, close-knit group that supports other functions within testing and product development.

The team you are part of is responsible for building small cross-functional groups with the right expertise to drive product development projects from start to production. As a project coordinator, you will play a key role in mediating between different stakeholders, gathering and conveying important information, and helping ensure that projects are delivered on time and according to plan.

• Represent and coordinate shared services across multiple parallel projects
• Maintain an overview of the projects without being involved in detailed technical development.
• Identify and remove obstacles in the workflow and ensure that testing and prototype flows work smoothly.
• Gather, compile, and follow up on prototype needs for each product
• Communicate important milestones and information to the team and follow up on project status
• Manage any obstacles in testing flows, such as deviations or delays, and drive solutions.
• Coordinate the development of build plans and ensure an overall picture of the build requirements for various projects.

• Has a bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant technical field.
• Has 1-3 years of work experience after graduation.
• Has a strong technical interest, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Speaks and writes Swedish and English fluently, as both languages are used in the position.

To succeed in this role, it is important that you are proactive, have good communication skills, and can make independent decisions. You need to be able to listen to different perspectives, include team members, and drive projects forward together. As workflows and requirements often change rapidly, it is crucial that you can manage multiple parallel tasks simultaneously and deliver under time pressure. Furthermore, we see that you need to be structured, have the ability to visualize information, and enjoy collaborating across different teams and functions.

This is a consulting assignment, meaning you will be employed by Friday. The assignment is for 6-12 months with the possibility of extension.
